We are passionate about bringing delicious food truck services to the vibrant community of Houston and its surrounding areas. "It’z All -N- The Casing" is a mobile food truck based in Houston, Texas, selling an array of Cajun and American comfort food, both traditional and unique. Our emphasis on the flavors of Louisiana and the rich heritage of Cajun cuisine sets us apart from other food trucks in the area. The truck will remain stationary Wednesday- Friday from the hours of 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Saturday 12:00 noon – 5:00 p.m. at 5214 Boynton Dr. Houston, Tx 77045. It’z all n the Casing food truck will also attend various weekend festivals in and around the city to reach a broad customer base.
